Subscription Policy

HerPause offers flexible subscription plans designed to provide consistent care and comfort throughout your monthly rhythm. This Subscription Policy outlines how our subscription services work, including billing, delivery, and account management.

By subscribing to HerPause, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Subscription Options

  • HerPause offers the following subscription plans:
  • Monthly Subscription – Delivered every month
  • Quarterly Subscription – Delivered every three months
  • Annual Subscription – Prepaid delivery for twelve months
  • Subscribers may also purchase a one-time box without committing to a subscription.
  • Each subscription plan includes curated HerPause products according to the selected tier (Essential, Comfort, or Luxe).

2. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

By subscribing, you authorize HerPause to charge your chosen payment method according to your selected plan:

  • Monthly: every 30 days
  • Quarterly: every 3 months
  • Annual: once per year

Customers will receive a reminder notification before renewal where applicable.

3. Billing

Payments are securely processed at the start of each billing cycle.

If a payment cannot be processed:

  • Your order may be delayed
  • HerPause may attempt to process payment again
  • Your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved

All prices are displayed in ZAR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers may manage their plan at any time through their account portal.

Available options include:

  • Skipping a delivery
  • Pausing the subscription
  • Updating delivery dates
  • Changing product preferences
  • Upgrading or downgrading tiers
  • Cancelling the subscription

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.

5. Delivery Timing

Subscription boxes are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after billing.

Customers may adjust delivery timing to better align with their cycle preferences when applicable.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

6. Subscription Discounts & Benefits

Subscribers may receive benefits including:

  • Discounted pricing compared to one-time purchases
  • Free shipping on selected plans
  • Seasonal or exclusive subscriber items
  • Early access to new products or collections

Benefits may vary depending on the subscription plan.

7. Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the account portal.

However:

  • Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to prevent charges for the upcoming shipment.
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and wellness nature of HerPause products, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items.

If a box arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

9. Subscription Changes

HerPause reserves the right to:

  • Update subscription pricing
  • Adjust product offerings
  • Modify benefits associated with subscriptions

Customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
